From First Breath to Last Push

I believe that birth can be a powerful and positive experience. My goal is to help women feel confident, supported, and deeply empowered as they bring their babies into the world.

I became a doula because I had a wonderful birth experience myself—one that came from preparation, research, and the right support. I want every woman to have access to that same sense of strength and peace.

I promise to bring my full heart, knowledge, and presence to help you feel informed, cared for, and ready as you step into your own birth journey.

The path to birth can be steep and full of unknowns — filled with challenges that test your strength and moments where doubt can creep in. I see you many women have been there, I've been there. You can have a path lit with the information and support you need to be sure in yourself and your body's ability to give birth.
